culture, and work in accordance with your short and long-term goals. Research: Our account executives and project coordinators surface qualified talent from a vast array of databases and industry contacts. Evaluation: We interview all candidates prior to client presentation, and at our clients’ request, reference-check candidates. When appropriate, we utilize our proprietary video-conference network to conduct interviews for nation-wide searches. Negotiation: We act as mediators to promote positive response and smooth transition. |
